Established in the United States in 2004, Shoreline built its headquarter in Guangdong province (bordering Hong Kong), and developed its business in Guang’xi, Hunan, Shan’xi and other provinces all over China. Shoreline has closed over US$ 70 million of investments in Chinese distressed assets with face value of over RMB 12 billion (US$ 1.5 billion), and completed due diligence on distressed assets and real estate projects with total value of over RMB 20 billion (US$ 7 billion). |
