Shoreline Capital closes RMB 1.8 billion deal in Shenzhen

    In December 2005, Shoreline sourced and completed due diligence on a category three portfolio of non-performing loans in Shenzhen with a legal balance of approximately RMB 1.8 billion (US $222 million). Shoreline and its investing partner obtained the portfolio for an undisclosed amount. Shoreline has begun servicing the assets in the portfolio.
