Shoreline Capital closes RMB 1.9 billion deal in Changsha

    In January 2006, Shoreline sourced and closed an investment in a category three portfolio of non-performing loans in Changsha with a legal balance of approximately RMB 1.9 billion (US $234 million). Shoreline and its investing partner obtained the portfolio for an undisclosed amount.
