Jeffrey Yang

Mr. Yang has more than two decades of experience in distressed debt and real estate investment in China. As a partner at Shoreline Capital, Mr. Yang uses his extensive network in China’s investment channels to source distressed debt and real estate deals. He also leads much of Shoreline’s investment in asset-backed special situations investments. Prior to Shoreline, in his development firm, he managed the planning, construction, and sale of four high-rise commercial buildings and one residential community. Altogether, Mr. Yang has overseen most of the real estate development process for over 1.4 million square meters of real estate in China. Consequently, he is uniquely familiar with the government processes and approvals related to distressed asset-backed investments in China.
