Xiaolin Zhang

Ms. Zhang co-founded Shoreline Capital in 2004 and has since managed much of the company’s operations and investment projects. She has been involved in every aspect of Shoreline’s Chinese distressed debt acquisitions and disposals. Ms. Zhang has been a principal in Chinese real estate investment firms for over ten years. Prior to Shoreline, she started a real estate development firm in China with less than US$1 million in capital and grew the firm’s assets to many times that amount. Ms. Zhang has overseen the acquisition and divestiture of numerous distressed debt and real estate investments. Through decades of professional experience in China, she has created an extensive local network. Ms. Zhang is also a graduate of the University Of Chicago Booth School Of Business.
